LLWZ Thickening Screen Worm Centrifuges
It is a combination of a solid bowl decanter centrifuge and a screen worm centrifuge with exceptional dewatering results.
In the decanter component, the feed suspension is first pre-thickened, i.e. it is extensively dewatered in the conical part of the solid bowl. The liquid is clarified in the cylindrical part and finally discharged. The pre-thickened solids are transported into the cylindrical screen section by the worm where additional dewatering is achieved.
This centrifuge is particularly applicable for the solid-liquid separation in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. It features large processing capacity and low moisture rate of solid content. Especially for conditions that mother liquid with low solid concentration or mother liquid with small amount of oil substance, with better effect.
Working principle of LLWZ model:
The suspension enters the settling bowl from the feed pipe first, and the material is first settled and concentrated through the
settling principle, and the solid phase in the slurry settles on the bowl wall and moves to the small end under the action of the screw , the liquid phase is discharged through the overflow hole at the big end of the bowl, and the filter cake enters the filter drum after being concentrated while moving to the small end. Move towards big endian. As the rotating diameter of the drum increases, the centrifugal force also increases, and the trapped solid phase reaches the minimum moisture content from the initial high moisture content to the minimum moisture content when it is discharged from the drum, realizing automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases. The filter cake can be washed and purified in the latter stage of filtration, and a thinner filter layer can obtain better washing effect and lower detergent consumption.
For materials that are prone to secondary crystallization, a steam pipe can be configured to clean the crystals in the inner cavity at high temperature according to the set cleaning cycle.
LLWZ horizontal thickening screen worm centrifuge has high production efficiency and high degree of automation because of its characteristics of concentrating first and then filtering. It is mainly suitable for materials with large processing capacity, low solid phase rate, and organic matter in the liquid phase.
The automatic control system controls the centrifuge, lubrication system, valves, pumps, valves, and material delivery systems related to the centrifuge.
