Centrifuge is mainly composed of main machine(include base,basket,cover,mainshaft assembly,motor assembly,etc.),electric control system and other parts.

- Base and shock absorption system
- Platform base structure,rigid connection between casing and base,bearing structure of the basing.
- The platform base is made of carbon steel,inner suface lining with ss304,platform base lining with SS304
- Shock absorption system adopts liquid damping support system with spring,good vibration resistance,its vibration isolation effect is more than 95%.
- Platform base structure lower the center of gravity ,and stabilize the machine.

- Basket:
- The centrifuge basket is welded,having strict dynamic balance test after tempering treatment,with high balance accuracy,100%non-destructive detection,the weld is too smooth without cleaning dead corner.
- The basket has no reinforcing hoop,which reduces cleaning dead corner and is easy to clean
- Cover :
- Adopting big hinged cover,which is more conveinent to maintenat and clean
- Adopting balance device (sping insinde)to open the cover,No other power device is needed.
- Flange and seal ring combination structure are used at the fitting part with the casing,and the seal ring is equipped for sealing;

- Emergency stop botton:when this button is pressed,the converter stops and the machine stops by braking.
Nitrogen protection system
Nitrogen protection system is an option for customers when the machine working in flammable or explosive places,which can improve the safety of centrifuge used in these occasions,so as to reduce the use risk.
Fill a certain pressure of nitrogen into the closed centrifuge chamber to replace the air in the chamber, and reduce the oxygen content of the centrifuge to the safe range, and then keep the micro positive pressure in the centrifuge chamber all the time to ensure that the oxygen content in the centrifuge is within the safe range, so as to improve the safety of the centrifuge.
Before nitrogen filling, confirm whether the pressure, flow and nitrogen concentration of nitrogen source meet the use requirements
