Product Description

Product introduction and Operating Principle
The LGZ series centrifuge is vertical fully-automatic filtration centrifuge.The motor drives the basket to rotate at high speed through the belt,and under the control of pre-written program,the material to be separted is fed into the basket through the feed system.After the material is filtered through the filtration medium(filter cloth) under the action of centrifugal force,the liquid phase discharges out of the centrifuge through the liquid pipeline,and the solid phase is retained in the basket.A material detection device is used to detected layer thickness in real-time manner,and when the solid cake deposited in the basket reaches the rated capacity of the centrifuge,feeding stops.Then wash and dry the solid cake.After the solid cake meets requirements,the speed reduces to the scraping rate ,under the hydraulic control,the scraper device removes the solid cake,and then the cake is discharged at bottom outlet of the centrifuge.

  1. Main features:
    1. Liquid damping vibration isolator, No foundation for installation , the operation and maintenance are more convenient;

  2.  Centrifuge structure describe
     Centrifuge is mainly composed of main machine (including base,basket,cover,main shaft assembly,scraper, cake layer controller,motor assembly,etc.),hydraulic system,electric control system and other parts;
    1. Base and shock absorption system
      1. Platform base structure, rigid connection between casing and base, the casing is a load-bearing structure design.
      2. The platform base is made of carbon steel, inner surface lining with ss304,platform base lining with SS304
      3. Shock absorption system adopts liquid damping support system with spring,  good vibration resistance, its vibration isolation effect is more than 95%.
      4. Platform base structure lower the center of gravity, and stabilize the machine.
2.1.5. No-foundation installation form, easy to install and move, platform base can be used as working platform, which is more convenient to operate.
    1. Basket:
      1. The centrifuge basket is welded, having strict dynamic balance test after tempering treatment, with high balance accuracy, 100%non-destructive detection, the weld is too smooth without cleaning dead corner.
      2. The basket has no reinforcing hoop, which reduces cleaning dead corner  and is easy to clean
      3. Filter cloth is fixed with stainless steel expansion ring,convenient and reliable installation;
    2. Cover:
      1. Adopting big hinged cover, which is more convenient to maintain and clean.
      2. Arch cover design with sufficient strength and rigidity.the cover is equipped with feeding pipe,washing pipe ,sight glass,explosion-proof light,scraper device and cake layer controller,etc.
      3. Hydraulic cover opening,stable and reliable turnover.
      4. Humanization design:equipped with explosion-proof light and observation mirror,convenient for operation.
    3. Main shaft:
      1. Independent bearing seat design, reliable performance, and convenient disassembly and maintenance;
      2. The bearing seat and bearing cover are made of steel castings with good strength;
      3. Large bearing support span ,larger carrying capacity;
      4. The greasing holes of the upper and lower bearings of the main shaft are arranged on the oil nozzle under the base,it is convenient for maintenance;
      5. The joint between the main shaft and the bottom of the basket is sealed with a combination of a static spring and a framework oil seal, it can avoid the direct corrosion of the main shaft caused by the mist liquid and gas, and greatly improve the anti-corrosion ability of the main shaft;
    4. Scraper:
      1. Automatic scraper device, optimized scraper cutting angle,smaller scraper resistance and smooth scraping;
      2. Hydraulic scraper system,it is more smooth and reliable.equipped with mechanical scraper home device to ensure that the scraper remains in place when the hydraulic system is not working;
    5. Cake layer controller:
Control the feeding quantity to ensure that the centrifuge does not work under overload condition;At the same time,it can avoid waste caused by overflow of materials;
    1. Motor:
      1. Equipped with explosion-proof and energy-saving motor,onsite     explosion-proof button and antistatic belt;
2.7.2.Equipped with belt guard and motor guard to ensure safe operation.
    1. Hydraulic system:
       It is mainly composed of hydraulic oil tank and solenoid valve to control the lift and rotation of scraper;The moving speed of the scraper can be controlled by adjusting the speed regulating valve or the throttle valve;
    1. Electrical control:
      1. The main motor is started by inverter ,smooth starting;
      2. PLC control,equipped with HMI(touch screen);
      3. Dynamic braking;
      4. Equipped with onsite explosion-proof button and connected with electric control box to realize remote control;
      5. Control mode of action elements:Hydraulic system is adopted for scraper   and cover opening,and pneumatic device is adopted for the rest ;
      6.  Equipped with cake layer controller to adjust cake layer thickness,Automatically stop feeding when the material is full;
      7.   Interlock control with cover opening protection,the machine will not start when the cover is open;
      8.   Rotating speed monitoring;if the speed of the centrifuge does not reach the working speed,the operation of feeding and discharging cannot be carryied out;
      9.   Vibration protection:when the centrifuge vibrates during operation,the system automatically drops to the safe speed or stops running.
    2. Centrifuge safety protection
      1.   Cover opening protection:the centrifuge cannot start when the cover is open.
      2. Vibration protection: acceleration sensor is installed on the machine, a detector is installed in the electrical control cabinet to display the vibration level of the machine. Set the first level alarm when leaving the factory and reduce it to the safe speed. The second level alarm, the machine stops running.
      3. Cake layer control:equipped with mechanical cake layer controller,when the material touches the controller,the feeding valve will be closed automatically to prevent the material from running away;
      4.   Scraper device protection:equipped with mechanical scraper home device to ensure that the scraper remains in place when the hydraulic system is not working;
      5. Process interlocking:Do not start the scraper during feeding,cleaning,dewatering;Do not start the feeding valve and washing valve when the scraper moves;
      6. Emergency stop botton:when this button is pressed,the machine stops by braking,then automatically close the feeding and washing valve and reset the scraper.
      7. Scraper in situ protection:the centrifuge and cover opening operation cannot be started when the scraper is not in situ;
                                  
Nitrogen protection system 
    Nitrogen protection system is an option for customers when the machine working in flammable or explosive places,which can improve the safety of centrifuge used in these occasions,so as to reduce the use risk.
    Fill a certain pressure of nitrogen into the closed centrifuge chamber to replace the air in the chamber, and reduce the oxygen content of the centrifuge to the safe range, and then keep the micro positive pressure in the centrifuge chamber all the time to ensure that the oxygen content in the centrifuge is within the safe range, so as to improve the safety of the centrifuge.
